Review of Hotel nhow Berlin

Unfortunately we hoped for a lot more from the hot...

Unfortunately we hoped for a lot more from the hotel. On arrival we were greeted by the overwhelmed staff. But we had to stand in line first because the reception was completely overcrowded. One notices that the hotel is overheated. The lobby and bar are very nice and modern. There are instruments everywhere, a really nice hotel.

After we finally received our room cart, we faced the next hurdle. There are 5 different elevators in which different music directions are played. Idea is really great. But not every elevator goes on every floor. It took us 15 minutes to finally get one of the elevators that took us to the room.

The rooms are very pink and decorated in a 70s style. It's a matter of taste. I thought it was very nice. However, the rooms are very small. At second glance you can see that it was badly cleaned. The remote control battery compartment was open. Worst of all, however, was the bathroom. The doors hardly close and you can look through the glass front, even to the toilet. So everyone hears everything from everyone. In addition, as soon as the light in the bathroom is on, the entire room is illuminated. Anyone who is in the room with a partner will therefore not have a peaceful sleep.

Here again the problem, the rooms are overheated and the air conditioning out of order.

The television is in a mirror, which is definitely not a pleasure because everything is mirrored. The TV didn't even work for us. A call to the front desk did not reveal anything. We were put off because the concierge was alone and couldn't do anything until tomorrow. But we should like to take a drink from the minibar.

The mattresses are absolute horror. You could also sleep right on the floor as it is roughly the same degree of hardness. I still had extreme neck pain for days after that.

Plus point for the rooms, there is a Nepresso machine with free coffee in each room.

The service in this hotel is unfortunately really underground.

From the initial great impression in the lobby, it has unfortunately become a painful stay. At the view of the Spree, that couldn't make up for it. Next time we will definitely take another hotel. Too bad.
