We've purchased 2 cars from Nalley Ford for our family in the past year. They always have better deals than the Ford dealer near us in Kennesaw & are much friendlier. Rod in finance is super helpful and always goes above & beyond to help us get the best deal. The GM was very helpful & easy to talk to as well. They don't pressure you like other dealers, but are attentive to their customers. Good customer service here goes beyond the sale. We've had a great experience when we took our new Escape Titanium in for its first oil change/service. My husband loves his 2017 Fusion SE. We will definitely be loyal customers to this dealer in the years to come!
