UPDATE!!!

UPDATE!!!

I received a call today from Jack Gold, he apologized for the confusion and was more than fair offering a resolution for the problem. I'm beyond words of what a relief this is. This speaks highly of their values as a company.

Original Post:
I've had a terrible experience with this company. 6 months ago I sent my lens in to get appraised. They came back with a ridiculously low offer. After speaking with Jack (Gold or Goldman, can't remember) I was told they would be returning my lens. Here I am 6 months later and still have not recieved it. After many IGNORED emails I finally received a response today stating that my lens was sold! They never paid me anything. This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional! I wrote back, waiting for a response.... Wish me luck.
