I left my house with my thermostat set at 74 as usual, I came back home to 86 degrees. My unit had shut down and after unsuccessful attempts I finally called. I left a voice message since it was after hours and in less than 10 minutes I received a callback from Davron. He guided me through what was going on and how to resolve the issue.
