We had a bad experience which we posted further down in the reviews. The response from Tybee Rentals was "We will be in touch with you" I just wanted to post a follow up. 3 weeks later. . NO follow up. NO call or txt or call. This is what to expect if things go wrong. We had a black stain on our ceiling from a leak (they said it was not mold) and the washing machine intake was hooked to the hot water. Boiled our clothes. You acknowledged the problems. AND you'll Fix them for the NEXT customer. There are plenty of places to rent from, this is NOT customer service.
