I can not begin to tell you how amazing our process has been. Every step of the way their team has always been very detailed. Every team member followed through with every promise they made. They always followed up quickly when ever we placed a call or an email into the office. They made the process very easy and not as over whelming as we though. Jackie in Customer Care is amazing.
