VW Waterloo always takes such great care of me! I've been dealing with Robert Vagacs for ages so it's like seeing an old friend I haven't seen for a few years. Robert's attention to detail and no pressure attitude make the whole process so easy. He takes the time it takes to make sure everything is perfect, all questions are answered, and I'm completely happy with my new car. Shawn was a pleasure to deal with for the financing, making sure I was informed and completely comfortable with everything, and taking care of the paperwork quickly and accurately.
