Eric Grimm with Mike Shaw was so awesome during my 2020 Outback purchase. Very relaxed and non pressured experience! After a brief issue with my car, Eric was in constant contact with me throughout and communicated with me daily. He went above and beyond in making sure the situation was handled even offering to drive 2 - 4 hours to pick me up. He was the most amazing sales advisor I have ever encountered. Mike Shaw Subaru, don t let him leave because I will follow him wherever he goes! The best experience ever when purchasing a vehicle new and used! Such an amazing and caring person.
