To the service department: When you guys make an appointment for say, the dentist, do you arrive then wait for 5 hours before being seen? No, you don't. So when i make an appointment first thing in the morning 6:30-7 am, my truck shouldn't sit there till noon before being pulled into the shop. Also it should be fixed properly the first time, 3 or 4 tries to get it right is unacceptable.

I purchased my Ram new in Aug 2013 and it's been in and out of the shop around 10 times for about 5 or so on going problems.

The "free" warranty work is far from it. It's cost me thousands in lost income. All I've heard is excuses from service advisors and I'm sick of it. I understand you sell the product of a manufacturer's piss poor quality control, but the way I see it you have few options. Either get on Chrysler's a$$ regarding the quality of the vehicles they pay you to sell or retool and sell something else, Toyotas maybe? The latter is probably the only way you'll get this customer walking in for his next vehicle.

Or just keep doing warranty work for chump change while your customers loath you for selling them $40,000+ rolling trash heaps.
