Bought a used fully loaded Expedition a few months...

Bought a used fully loaded Expedition a few months ago and less than a week after buying it I realized the battery was defected, it would not hold a charge, so I called the manager and explained to him this battery was a pre existing issue and at a well known car dealership this should have been an easy fix so that the customer wouldn t have to be inconvenienced.. the manager fully agreed and told me to bring my car in immediately for a brand new battery!!! the women in the service area was a mess though, she disappeared for 20 minutes while I was trying to get this all situated and was wondering around but besides that I am overall very happy with my vehicle and also got a good deal . Thank you and we will be returning to buy our future vehicles with you...The Expedition is beautiful we love it!! Buying a vehicle there is a breeze it was such a fast process which blew me away because I m used to sitting in dealerships for the whole day when buying a car we were only there for 2 hours and it was done! Very impressed!
