We were visited by Jason L for the initial setup of the system, using our existing security equipment which had been used by another security company previously. Jason was very helpful and knowledgeable, walking us through the whole process of converting from the previous company to Smith Thompson. He took the time to guide us through the change of the security codes and connection with the monitoring centers. We sincerely appreciate his assistance. Highly recommended.
