I called last Tuesday because of a defective intercom installation. The engineer arrived on Wednesday and clearly told me that this cannot be made unless a + cable goes to all residents (apparently this has already been removed and therefore we cannot use the intercom) or the new intercom system must be installed. I called on Friday and told me that the manager is not there. He would be there on Monday. I just called and was told it wasn't going to be made that quickly (and the manager wasn't there). Unfortunately, but I receive mail almost every day and I receive visitors who have to call via their mobile.
I just spoke to a colleague and I clearly told that the problem cannot be solved. I find this very unfortunate that repairs are dealt with so laxly. I now have a bell that doesn't work (and my neighbors). I will purchase my bell myself and you will receive the bill. I also recorded the conversation where the employee clearly says that nothing can be done. I also find it very lax from a company as its own that the new phones are not even ready yet. I would expect a professional company to have prepared this months in advance. But unfortunately that is not the case.
In short .. very unprofessional company!
