Can t tell you how disappointed we are with this hotel. We ve stayed here for 35 years and several owners and for the third trip in a row they stuck us in a cramped little room. Except this time the lady told us they were all the same after the renovation. We ve stayed here after the renovation and know that s not true. No need to lie to us. They ve lost a loyal customer and besides that they told us last time that they d flag our account and be sure it didn t happen again. Guess that was a fairy tell too
