My daughter was involved in an accident with a driver Carpenters represent. The very first letter she received was threatening and stating they would be taking my daughter County Court if she failed to reply within 14 days. Despite the fact they said they had included all supporting documentation, no supporting documents included with the initial letter. The facts of how they said the accident occurred were totally inaccurate. All in all a clear attempt to bully and intimidate my daughter. I question their professionalism.
