Fantastic friendly staff. I believe her name was Barbera who told us a lot about the history of Hotel Des Indes. She had all the time for us and when it turned out that it was my birthday that day, we received a gift. When we wanted to look at the pool the last day and take a picture, we were given a tour with an explanation and we were allowed to film and photograph everything. The porter also had time for a chat. We were there three days and we did a lot of filming and photography, everything is so beautiful. We slept for the first time in a four-poster bed. The bathroom with very large bathtub and rain shower was very luxurious. Plenty of toiletries. Have an early breakfast, at eight o'clock, then you can enjoy the beautiful interior and take photos and film without disturbing others. Electric kettle plus nespresso machine with coffee cups. Nice big pillows and a nice bed. Nice view on the fourth floor. With all the Christmas decorations, it was of course completely beautiful and romantic. If you compare it with the Kurhaus, Hotel des Indes is by far the winner. If you don't like cozy and warm, you better go to the Hilton. We had a good time there too, but it is very different. The Hague is in any case a beautiful city with the beautiful Scheveningen in the front garden. We will definitely come again and preferably in December or January, so with Christmas decorations.
