We rented with Apple scooter back in September 2017 and we could not be happier. We originally rented a Go-Go scooter thinking it would be ok. It did run to half battery on the first day at animal kingdom park at lunch due to not being in the recommended weight usage. They had someone there within 30 minutes while we were at lunch and upgraded us at no charge to the victory 10 for the rest of our vacation. We just rented again with Andy who was more than happy to make sure our hotel would take delivery and hold it for pickup for our next trip in April 2018. Great service, you can't go wrong.
