This has got to be the WORST hotel I have ever stayed at! As a traveler for work I have stayed in quite a few hotels. On our first night here I called to order room service the next morning since we were due to be downstairs for a dance competition at 6:55 AM and was told by the front desk staff that they weren t offering this service on Saturday morning because their staff didn t want to be overwhelmed. Not only that but the lady working at the front desk told me to just leave my 8 year old daughter in my room completely alone and go get food elsewhere! All of the restaurants in the casino we re closed and multiple dancers went to class without eating breakfast. Upon check out I inquired at the front desk if we could have a late check out due to having so much luggage and dance costumes with us. I was again told that they were not offering this service today. I hope you and your family have a better stay than we did. No customer service at all and complete lazy and careless staff. We will NEVER come back to this resort again and I hope Our dance group picks a different venue next year.
