My journey with LinuxWorld started with an Instagram ad saying that Vimal Sir was going to start DevopsAssemblyLine training classes. I went to the link, checked out the site, the content, and Sir's LinkedIn profile. I realized that this is it!
I had been doing web development for about 2.5 years and desperately wanted a change of domain to DevOps and Cloud because I knew this was where I wanted my career to head towards. That Insta ad brought me an opportunity and I grabbed it.
Within a few days of the classes, I knew I was in the right place. For months I had been searching for content on DevOps but nothing was really clicking. But Vimal Sir with his vision of 'Making India Future Ready' has been extremely generous in sharing his knowledge and research with us at so less cost with so much dedication. The classes are very engaging and topics are covered in great depth. I even feel that Sir's OpenShift classes are better than RedHat's official training videos!
Sir is always focused on teaching us how things work in the real world. As the classes go on, he keeps giving us tasks that will prove useful in the real world. The attendance system of putting your lesson summary every day on social media helps a lot in revision and showcasing your knowledge and building a better profile. We also have WhatsApp groups and slack channels to help each other.

Soon LW launched more training in domains like Hybrid Multi-Cloud, OpenShift, Ansible, Flutter, and I signed up for all of them. I refuse to call them just training though. It is like a mini-world for students who are being shaped to lead India's future in Tech with so much of love and motivation.
Starting my journey with him since April 26th, I have never missed a single class to date. Such is his method and passion for teaching. Every day we get to learn something new. Vimal Sir has made me realize that a person can have expertise in many domains and sharing your knowledge and helping others is as important as learning.
I am proud to be a LinuxWorld student and without hesitation, I can say that 2.5 months here at LW has taught me more than 3 years of college. LW is a blessing in my life in this pandemic situation!
