The ambience is great. Food presentation and taste is excellent.
Elijah helped me check-in. He offered to bring my things to my room from the concierge, which he did efficiently. Adrian Lulu was the one who brought it to my room and he was very courteous. During my stay at the convention banquet, Gerry ( tha tall dark guy) provided us exceptional service. When we checked out, Mark Andres assisted me with my luggages down to the basement parking quickly. Your staff is very good.
