Not impressed so far. It's January 19th and I still haven't received my insurance card or any other information regarding the service that I'm paying MORE THAN MY HOUSE FOR. Seems odd that I enrolled in their service a month ago, I'm paying them a grip of money and they can't even send a welcome packet with my account basics in a reasonable time? Must be too busy swimming in money. When I try and download a copy of my insurance card from the site I get a corrupt PDF that can't be opened. I have an appointment tomorrow and can't figure out my group number. Awesome.
