If you are expecting a Knysna forest experience, then it will be 5 stars. If you are expecting a Knysna camping experience, then it rates 0 stars. The road is terrible. We phoned at about 15h00 for directions, and nothing was mentioned about the office closing at 16h00. We got there and could not find help... Never again!
