After the complained place in google reviews, my parcel have been processed. My order will be deliver today as promised.

Place an order 2 weeks ago (2nd December) at 14:22pm, I called them the next Monday asking for it and they said it was due to be deliver at the end of that week, so I waited.
I called them this morning again and the answer was literally the same.
