Sad experience today. I was treated poorly and probably won't be back. After over 9 years of doing business here, it looks like that's over. All because of a difference of opinion as to whether or not I'm allowed by law to sit at a table in their lounge and drink their coffee and water without a mask on. I know they're not a restaurant but I also know that a law was not being broken in this scenario.

Covid continues to wreak havoc in so many ways including now destroying a long-term business relationship of mine. They probably won't miss me but I really do hope they learn to treat their law abiding customers with dignity and respect even during these trying times.

UPDATE:
Looking at the owner's response here I can tell you that they are being dishonest about the situation. The employee that approached me was not polite or kind in any way and when they claimed that I "scoffed" he means I held up my open bottle of water in my hand and said "but I am drinking". What a joke. I'll urge others and readers here to stay clear of these people. It would seem dishonesty and paranoia runs in the veins at the highest levels in this organization.

I should also mention that I had to come back in for warranty work on the brake job they performed a couple of weeks ago. So the service for this job deserves a poor review. But with the addition of being harassed and threatened while perfectly within my legal rights to be sitting at a table consuming beverages, zero or negative 5 stars would be more accurate.
