LRROF has been great for me. I adopted one lab 11 years ago and another this year through them. They are an organization that does not adopt ON SITE. You need to go through a process of paying $25 application fee, scheduling a home visit then finding a lab for you. You cannot expect seeing a lab at one of the events will still be available a week later. When I look at the website they labs seem to get adopted quickly. The application fee is one of the cheaper fees then other organizations I have looked into. This rescue I learned is broken up into districts. I was in the Volusia county district and Pinellas county district and had great volunteers. Thank you for all that you do.
