This was my first service appointment with South Point Toyota and I m very impressed with how smoothly it went. I dealt with Le Tran the Lead Advisor, who was very professional and efficient. Checkin was quick and easy with 3 large indoor bays to keep you out of the weather. I always worry that service can be a bit of a money grab, so was impressed that they said only one filter needed to be changed.

They offer complementary shuttle service and a very nice waiting area with hot beverages and work areas with plug ins and comfortable chairs with desks. The two drivers were very affable and it was nice, due to covid, that they were only taking 1-2 people at a time.

I will be using South Point going forward for my Toyota service needs. THANKS Le!
