My aunt tried to make her election to have the entirety of her IRA account put into her bank account last year. That never happened. Then she died. She also tried to make other changes to her account. It was suggested to me the form was "lost in the mail." There were 2 forms sent at the same time.

They got one and not the other. Either employees are rewarded for shady business here or they are too lazy to process items on accounts. Either way, it has caused significant loss to my aunt, who died without being able to withdraw her own money. This place is disgusting.
