The hotel had poor service - I could not get through to the front desk, for example as the phone lines are constantly jammed and staff is busy owing to people calling the hotel to complain about the executive ban, repeal of healthcare without a replacement, denial of science, etc. Several people in my party also found the hotel to be gaudy, or as one said "cheap".
