I saw the advertisement on TV and it mentioned a $25 gift card from Walmart if you got an estimate. Well, my salesman said he was going to bring the gift card BUT if he forgot give him a call to remind him. I have called him twice and the office once. Whoever answered the phone (in the office) said that I would have to pick up the gift card at the office. I told her I wasn t driving all the way to Augusta just for a gift card especially since my salesman said he d bring it to me. Now I m wondering if there s really a gift card at all. If you advertise a free gift with an estimate you should deliver. Oh, by the way, I paid a $600 deposit (still no gift card). Do they exist?
