People work here are specially trained to be rude....

People work here are specially trained to be rude. They got a case for LA fire dept. against one of my family member which is totally not our fault. It was LA fire dept. fault which is making us to suffer. When I tried to explain the situation to the lady who answered my call, she was just so ignorant and rude. she threatened that if we don't pay then she will report it to the credit and then hung up the phone. ARE YOU GUYS DIDN'T LEARN PROFESSIONALISM AND POLITENESS?
