Not sure what is going on here, but once is enough. Wish this would have been a nicer visit to Missouri. On my trip to St Louis area for a wedding that is banked here, I stayed at a Drury Suites last night. Then I came here, with its nutty parking and nubby (needs to be replaced furniture) at twice the price. Could have stayed at Drury again tonight for $125 instead of $204 with free dinner and breakfast and three complimentary bar drinks, beautiful pool and wonderful treadmills, but instead here where I found Cheerios on the floor (and told breakfast for guests is $10.95). Place would not even give us wedding party rate- even though there was room availability bc the bride and groom only booked a certain number of rooms for out of town guests. I guess I can take responsibility for that one scheduling only a month out (although where I am from the hotel-- out of politeness-- probably would have just done it).
I am totally UNIMPRESSED with this establishment and would instead suggest you stay somewhere else. Just because it looks like a castle from the outside does not mean it is on the inside. The fitness room is a complete joke. I saw someone commented on the small size of the hot tub and thought how petty, but, in their defense, it is probably only a 2 seater.
Do yourself a favor. Save yourself a hundred bucks and get just as good a room (probably even nicer and cleaner) anywhere else.

I am writing this post stay. The issues I mentioned above were all ameliorated at the earliest convenience to our party after Jessie saw the review and reached out to me personally. She was shocked to learn of the state of the room and sent maintenance to repair the things that were damaged. I also want to note that the housekeeping staff, especially Crystal, was super friendly and helpful. I appreciate the Management's response to our concerns and the bill reduction due to the the problems we encountered. They do care deeply about your stay at this establishment.
