My experience with Encore Catering was fantastic! Encore helped cater a small event where I was hosting two birthday parties and a 45th anniversary at the same time for my family. Due to the milestone event, I wanted to surprise everyone with professional catering and Encore did not miss the mark! Stacey from Encore was very gracious in helping me with the best menu and making accommodations as well for package options. On the day of, delivery was right on time and very easy to manage. Set up of my buffet style dinner was also very easy, everything was labelled clearly for setup and we were able to dig in within 15 minutes. I also asked for a hot delivery as I did not want to spend time heating the food, and the food arrived ready to eat and the temperature for everything was perfect. Lastly, the food was excellent! There was not a single menu item that did not get a compliment and the portions were fantastic as well - we had plenty of leftovers and it made me happy to think that I got more food than expected for my budget. All in all, Encore is a fantastic catering company to work with and I know I will be going back to them for more events in the future.
