I purchased an Ultralight 2 and a half years ago, and have been pleased with the performance of the light. The product is well built and I have a few friends at school got other types of lights. Their's broke and they eventually switched to an Ultralight with me. Customer service was very helpful when I needed their assistance, and was prompt in their service and communication.
