Peter was an excellent agent. He was communicative and kindly answered all of our (many) questions. We also felt like he was really listening to our questions and concerns, and he followed through with everything he said he would. This was the easiest, most streamlined apartment search I ve had over the past five years of renting in NYC. Would highly recommend working with Peter and Zikos Realty!
