I recently purchased a 2018 Wrangler JL through Covert and they were great. It was one of the easier car buying processes I have experienced. I had a general idea of what I wanted and showed up at the store about an hour and a half before close. Mike Kozlowski helped me narrow down my selection based on price and features I was looking for. He let me take my time test driving and didnt pressure me to buy. I was pretty comfortable so I pulled the trigger. We worked out the details quickly and they put me through to finance within 30 minutes.

I usually rate customer service based on not just sale interactions, but how they treat you after the purchase. Mike was great and promptly followed up making sure I had everything I needed and worked with me to schedule the a few add ons I had added to my Jeep during the purchase. Overall, impeccable service and follow through! I would buy another vehicle through Covert.
