I tried to book an orthopedic visit, I came to be the first one waiting to speak with the operator but I remained forty minutes waiting without an answer, when I telephone the switchboard but here the operator on the first call where I ask the reason I hang up the phone (drop line?) So I answer the second call anyway rudely and "watch the line fall again"?
