I'm basing this review off of one visit to this restaurant. My wife and I walked in here after passing it several times and decided to give it a try. There's always people eating here so we thought it would be good. We walked in and had to wait for several minutes to be seated (there wasn't anyone waiting in front of us, just not anyone on host/hostess duty). After finally getting seated we sat waiting for ten minutes for anyone on the waitstaff to come to our table. After ten minutes of waiting, without drinks or water or even a hello, we got up and walked out. Nobody stopped us on the way out. Nobody thanked us for coming in. It was pitiful. The only reason I didn't give his place one star is in the hopes that our experience was a fluke. We will probably not be visiting this place anytime soon. If you really want great Italian food and you're in the area, I HIGHLY recommend Mangia. It's not too far from this place and WAY better.
