I was holding out on writing this due to giving the company a chance to get back to me as I know how busy offices and call centres can get.
During the initial period of the claim everything ran like clockwork with constant communication, appointments and constant emails.
I ve now had my claim passed around like the last naan bread at the rugby club and I honestly have no clue who is monitoring and aiding me further as when I rang to talk to who I thought was looking after the claim I was hit with the reply of oh actually your claim has been given to someone else .
I have tried to contact the hotel several times via the online portal but nobody seems to acknowledge this.
I have contacted the customer service team to no reply.
I thought this would be an easy claim and be finalised as I was hit whilst stationary by another car last November.
I genuinely would not mind the wait but in the mean time it has to sit as an at-fault claim on my current insurance which has tripled my insurance.
