I brought my lincoln navigator in and they had it for almost a week, put about 200 miles on my truck and claimed there was nothing wrong with it. Said the issue i was having with my brakes was a safety feature with it. Took it down to friendly ford monroe where i purchased the truck, and had 2 coils and plugs that needed replaced, and the MASTER CYLINDER ON MY BRAKES WAS BAD AND NEEDED REPLACED. Also, when the girls here were bringing my truck around to give it back, the girl wasn't paying any attention and flying through the area and almost got hit by someone driving a ford focus. I would NEVER recommend anyone to come to this place. Total incompetence here. They have absolutely NO idea what they are talking about. Lost out on over $1000 dollars worth of work because they are lazy and don't know what the hell they are doing.
