I used to have a blast coming to Matty's. I would go to relax, have fun with the bartenders, and let loose a little bit. Now it seems, every time I come in, the staff has changed, the bartenders I enjoyed are gone, and it's a "culture" issue. The last time I was in, we waited 45 minutes for our food and when we finally got it (as we were about to leave), it was cold. Staff can't keep changing and expect the customers to accept it.
