IPL needs some big changes. 99027 zip has been without power 9 times in past two years. No mother nature excuse with todays april outage now more than 7 hours out. Pathetic and wholly unreliable power supply. Obviously they have neglected and allowed lines to go to disrepair. Understaffed? Management cant get the job done. If you are trying to run a home based business as an IPL customer, you will go broke with all the downtime. So what is IPL doing whats with all the money? Sure isnt going to infrastructure. Time for a change in Board and Management
