I worked with Hatch one time.
The application process is simple and straightforward.
The people are nice.
The reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the communication. Especially for temporary gigs, their communication should be at a higher level. It seemed like no one knew what was going on and the information that we were given initially was for the most part, incorrect. If I get the chance to work for them again, I would inquire into the details of the position much more than I did the first time.
