I haven't actually purchased an RV from Tom Raper. I asked for a price quote on a particular unit, which I received. However when I tried to call to place a deposit on the unit based on the price I was quoted, I was informed that the price quote was not the actual price and in fact the moderately priced unit would cost $17,000 more. It was a disappointing experience.
