My fiance and I were really excited to use Red Sage based on their food options, prices, and previous reviews. They were quick to communicate back to me via email and worked with our schedule to set up an appt.

However, the first appointment they did not respond to calls or texts until we waited for 30 minutes. The person working with us explained they were sick and hadn't woken up so we understood and wanted to give another try and rescheduled.

Our second appt we scheduled was supposed to be today at 10am. I have texted and we waited at the location but at this time (1145am) I still haven't gotten a response from them.

I had even explained after the first no show that it is extremely hard for my fiance and I to both have off work the same time and we have limited time to do things together and to please let me know if anything came up, or if they are running late or had to reschedule. I am extremely disappointed in the lack of communication and commitment, and lack of respect shown by this company. We have now wasted another day together where we could have scheduled other appointments for things for our wedding.
