Hivex was fantastic. We are so happy we chose to work with them. Every aspect of the engagement was superlative. They took our rough sketches and made them even better, offering ideas which improved the plans. They worked quickly without sacrificing quality. They gladly accommodated our special requests, and didn't balk at doing things they hadn't done before. They went above and beyond, providing "extras" we didn't expect. They definitely have a focus on making the customer happy. I feel I'm a tough customer with perfectionist tendencies, and yet I am extremely pleased with the way our basement turned out!
