This is the first time that I have worked with a car dealership and felt like I was truly welcome and not just there to make a sale. I worked with Andy Lam and he went beyond any service person that I have previously worked with - every little point, button and corner were covered to make sure I was comfortable with the experience. Once we had decided on the Rav4, I then worked with Shawn Diakur and John Hamdan, both sales managers, to complete the deal. Each and every step was profession and they put customer service first.
