Do not rent from Suites Property. I ve only been in my home for 3 weeks they don t answer your maintenance requests on time no one calls you back and it s been over a week with my basement flooding. They ll tell you someone will reach out to you or send someone out and they barely get the job done. I wish I never moved in their home.
