The way you have treated your clients during this pandemic has been disgraceful! You should be ashamed of yourselves. People come to you to celebrate their happiest moments but you have made it very clear that you only care about money. How disappointing.
Then replying with some generic message about how everyone has been affected. How about taking responsibility for your bad decisions and apologising to your clients instead of using the pandemic as an excuse. Show some class.
