Not enough parking for the high demand of customer...

Not enough parking for the high demand of customers. The business location closes at 4:00pm which is too early for working customers. The man that waited on me did not answer my questions and cut my time short. He was rude and disrespectful in the tone of his voice, body language and facial expressions. This employee need customer service training. Only two people to filter long lines of waiting customers. For a person who just moved to Kansas City, it was not a pleasant experience.
