The location is close to places to eat

The 4 star does not match expectations, it is questionable
AC feels like a fan, not cold at all
The parking lot is not neat, lots of building tools are scattered
The lift with the frosted glass looks like it is rarely cleaned
Long check in had to wait
The hallway rooms are very standard without music & cooling
The room was a little dusty and smelled of cigarettes
Hard mattresses without bolsters
Chairs have stains and stains
The sink was clogged badly

It looks like a hotel that is very lacking in maintenance and its 4-star needs to be questioned, at this price I think I can get other places with 2 & 3 stars in Jogja with much better quality.
