I did countless hours of research on how best to handle our damp crawlspace and there's a ton of conflicting information out there. Quality 1st was the only company that backed a solution that actually made sense and it totally worked. They encapsulated a VERY tiny crawlspace and installed a dehumidifier which made a world of difference with temperature control and eliminated the musty smell. We've also contacted them with questions and had our annual servicing of the unit where the customer support and technicians were an absolute pleasure to work with. I highly recommend them!
